I believe it is my responsibility to provide opportunities for the entire educational community to achieve success. I believe technology is the key to providing children and teachers with experiences that make the impossible a reality. I believe it is an honor to be an educator and so I am dedicated to create lifelong learning experiences through the exploration of available technology to inspire staff and students to become life long learners and help them realize their dreams.

True leadership encompasses a number of essential characteristics.  Leaders are individuals who are called to motivate andinspire others to share in a collective vision for improvement and enlightenment.  Leaders are proactive in their quest for a better idea, instrument, or method, never failing to acknowledge the successes along the way nor ceasing to recognize that the journey will never be truly complete.

A leader possesses the ability to remain reflective and view situations from multiple perspectives to gain insight and make informed decisions.  He/she knows how to adapt accordingly for the success of the whole while maintaining the integrity of his/her beliefs.  A leader respects the importance and power of team.  He/she understands how to bring out the best in others and nurture such assets to achieve a common goal.  Strong leaders know how to capitalize on the collaboration of stakeholders to lead the entire educational community toward the pursuit of greater success.
